I’m Bernice - A heart-centered leadership and wellness coach.


I help growth-minded leaders heal their inner worlds so they can lead from a place of calm, clarity and confidence. My work is guided by the belief that we are all soulful beings having a human experience and that anxiety, self doubt and overwhelm appear when we attempt to rely heavily on our cognitive minds and bypass the intelligence of our body, heart and soul.
