The Virtual Group Session

Virtual · Starting at $250

Ideal for teams and organizations seeking to incorporate wellness and healing strategies into their work.

  • Welcome and Grounding (5-10 mins): The session begins with a warm welcome and grounding exercises to create a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Participants are invited to settle into the space and connect with their intentions for the session.

    Introduction to Breathwork (10-15 mins): A brief overview of the breathwork process, including its benefits and what participants might experience, ensures everyone feels prepared and supported.

    Breathwork Journey (60 mins): Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, participants embark on a guided 60 minute journey. Emotional release is encouraged and may include expressions like crying, laughing, shaking, or quiet stillness as each person processes their experience.

    Integration and Reflection (15-20 mins): After the active breathwork phase, participants are guided through a calming integration period, often including journaling or group sharing to process insights and emotions. The session concludes with final reflections and gratitude, leaving participants feeling grounded, connected, and renewed.

    Follow-Up Support: After the session (typically 2-5 days post-session), participants will receive a follow-up email or message to check in on their progress. This is a space to share reflections, discuss any post-session insights or questions, and continue their journey of integration.

    *Group sessions have the option of adding an additional 15- minute lesson on how stress is stored in the body and how breathwork facilitates the release of this stress and the opportunity to repattern and expand their current beliefs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching Packages: 

    Refunds for coaching services are available within seven days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. After the first coaching session, all contracts are binding, and no refunds are offered on coaching services. This policy ensures clients are fully invested in their coaching package. 

    Workshops, Community Meetings and Retreats

    Cancellations made at least 21 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. Any incurred travel expenses made at the time of the cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

    Breathwork

    All breathwork session bookings are non-refundable. However, clients may request to reschedule their session once within 30 days of the original date. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be honored. 

  • Coaching

    Yes, payment plans are available for all coaching packages. I typically offer 2-3 installment options, depending on the program length and your preferences. Let’s discuss your needs during our initial consultation to find the best solution for you.

    Workshops

    Yes, payment plans are available for workshops, particularly for customized or multi-session packages. Payment schedules can be arranged to suit your organization’s budget and timeline. Feel free to contact me to explore the best option for your group.

    Breathwork

    I currently do not offer payment plans for breathwork sessions. To make the process simple and seamless, full payment is due at the time of booking. I appreciate your understanding and support.

I am a California credentialed teacher with an administrative credential and over 20 years of leadership experience in the public, private and charter school sector across the state. I am certified as a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner through Soma+IQ and have completed advanced coaching training with respected organizations such as Bright Morning and UCLA Center X. My effectiveness as a coach is also rooted in my personal healing journey with anxiety, which has deepened my empathy and understanding of the challenges leaders face. Combined with my lived experience as a childhood trauma survivor, this blend of credentials, training, and personal growth allows me to support leaders in achieving meaningful transformation with a compassionate and trauma-informed approach.

  • Yes, I offer both text messaging and email support for my coaching clients throughout our established coaching container.   • The timing of results varies for each individual, as it depends on your unique goals, commitment to the process, and the work we do together. Many clients begin to notice shifts in their mindset, stress levels, and emotional awareness within the first few sessions.
